Hello!
A few weeks back I received an email from Sandy, a lovely lady with a vision to make change in a positive way.
Her goal is simple...
Make 1000 cranes each containing one word of inspiration and placing it in random places for people to find.
In her blog she states, "My hope is that people will see the crane and be influenced in a positive way, even if it’s just a pleasant thought. Without being too whimsical or naive, I just wanted to spread a bit of happiness around in a relatively simple way."
There is so much heartache and negative forces that surrounds us, that we tend to create a "barrier", a bubble to protect ourselves. Our own little "happy world" that we tend to turn our backs and hope that the bad monsters will go away on its own. I'm guilty of that. Yes, I'll be the first to admit I do that. There are even moments where I would stoop their level and be mean back... fire with fire. But in the end, it does no good. It only feeds that fire even more.
Thank God, for people like Sandy. Who, in the midst of all the ugly, fights with words...
kind words.
A simple goal with one word, one paper crane at a time to touch a 1000 people.
I am a firm believer of things happening for a reason. Sandy came to me and inspired me. I hope that one day, I too can influence another in a positive way and bring a little bit of happiness... big or small.

When you have a moment, please check out her blog and spread the word.
Have an awesome day, friends!
