Hello dear friends!
There are BIG changes up ahead.
So much has happened in the past weeks, that I, myself, am still trying to grasp. I don't talk much about my personal life. For one, I just don't think I have such an entertaining life that people would be so interested on knowing and for two, I wanted this blog to be an extension of me on a creative level. But what I am about to share with you will change things a bit around here. It's funny how life has a way of changing things. Just when you think you have a plan, something happens and you're back to the drawing board.
I have waiting. Waiting for the right time to tell you. I think now is a good time as ever!

I'm pregnant!

My biggest project yet! It was quite the surprise for us. I'm still in shock. Hubby is just floating on cloud nine and the girls are tickled at the idea of having another sibling. I wanted to wait for Mother's Day to announce the news to the rest of my family, but Grandma and Grandpa on BOTH sides just couldn't keep the secret and it spread like wildfire.
Everyone is jumping for joy and I am too, but I'm scared. Scared on so many levels. I'm much older now and have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes. We are currently fighting to keep our home and financially, it has been a struggle. It has been an emotional roller coaster, and having a bad case of morning sickness just doesn't make it any easier.
So changes are in the horizon! New adventures and challenges awaits. You will come and join me, yes? Life's just not fun if you can't share it.
I would LOVE to hear your experiences and any advice is more than welcomed!

Congratulations! That's wonderful news! I know at times life gets overwhelming, but it helps us to appreciate those times of blissful calm that much more. xo

THanks for your kind words on my blog. I love friending you in blog land.
Off to clean out my car. How is it that "the littles" junk things up so fast?

congratulations to you and your family!!! that is a VERY big project!
I know everything that's going on around you must be very stressful. When life is like that for me, I do try to keep in mind that everything will work itself out one way or another -- it always does! -- and that makes it easier to get through the tough times.
