The past several days has been a blur. It was a mad dash to get all of our gifts done by Christmas Eve. I would be working in my workroom, sewing like a mad woman, while Mike and Lily are in the kitchen making more soaps and sugar scrubs. As for Sophie... poor Soph... she patiently waited for me to finish up my projects so I can help her. She knew exactly what she wanted to do.
Sophie worked well into the night, humming along to the Christmas music being played on the radio.
I LOVE her gifts! Can you guess what she's making? I already placed an order for mine.
Earlier in the day, Lily carved a heart stamp and it was perfect for Sophie's gifts. So Lily helped out and stamped labels.
The label was the perfect finishing touch and it's so reminiscent of Nightmare Before Christmas. Everyone will know it's from Sophie.

Fingerless gloves for the ladies! I wish I took pictures of the other gloves, but everything moved so quickly and once Sophie was finished sewing, she quickly grabbed her stash and hid in her room to wrap them all up.
Cute, ay? I can't wait for Soph to make me one!
