Okay, I'm startin' on my to do wish list and what a perfect time to start with #12. So what am I thankful for...
YOU!
That's right! I am thankful for you!
Thank you for visiting my blog, thank you for leaving comments, thank you for visiting my shop and thank you for buying something from my shop!
So to show my gratitude, I am giving one lucky duck my latest creation...
A cute little pincushion. Complete with thimble!
I found the delicate porcelain at a local japanese store and the fabric is from So Fun Fabrics (a sweet gal!). I made this last night and fell in love with it. I wanted to keep it for myself, but decided to give it as a gift... hopefully YOU! I most definitely plan to make more and will have s few in my shop by next week, but you will have the very first one!
So here's what you do:
- Leave a comment and tell me one thing you're thankful for.
Easy schmeasy! I'll post the winner on Monday, November 23rd.
I am most definitely thankful for discovering your blog - it is beautiful. And thank you for offering such a lovely giveaway.

One thing? Really?
My family. Without a doubt. (Of course this encompasses God! ) Where would I be without my wonderful, quirky and sometimes irritating family?

I am thankful for YOU!! I just received your box with the apron that I ordered for my friend's birthday. You are amazing - the apron was all wrapped up in re-purposed paper and tied with a perfect green ribbon. Your thank you card was very much appreciated, especially since it was handwritten - an art that has become lost on many of us but one that I would love to bring back. I so wanted to untie and unwrap the apron to see it but I couldn't bring myself to do that so it's in the box all sweetly wrapped by you and ready to be sent, along with a homemade birthday card, to my dear friend Lori in Dallas for her birthday. You are a treasure, Venus. I will definitely bookmark your blog and continue to check in on you at etsy. Have a wonderful holiday season. LeAnne

Hi Venus! I am thankful that the Universe somehow still enriches my life with new friends who are positive, who are talented, and who I meet on a random day while ringing them up at the register. Sometimes like an old shoe, you outgrow old friends, then low and behold, the Universe sees an empty gap in your soul and there they are. Old friends leave fond memories, but new ones can bring happiness in the form of new adventures.
Adventure here we come!
